An automobile accident related injury is protected by the Personal Injury Protection (PIP) plan in Maryland. PIP is in your automobile insurance policy, not in the other parties who cause you the trouble. When there is an accident, sometimes it takes time to find out who's fault it was, but you may need immediate medical care so your initial bill will be covered by PIP of your own insurance, regardless of the fault of the accident. You are protected by the law. You will not be penalized by your insurance company just because you use your own PIP coverage. It will not raise your insurance premium or point. However, it is limited to $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000. If you use your PIP, then it will help to lower your medical balance at the end, which will definitely increase your portion of reimbursement at the time of the settlement of the case. Therefore, all lawyers encourage their clients must use their PIP. If you don't use it, then you will lose it.
For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Payment plans can be personalized by your financial situation in order to make your care cost-effective and affordable. We also accept Credit Cards.
