Worker’s Compensation: As a rule, you are usually covered 100% by your employer's insurance company. Many employers require that you have “permission” or pick your doctor from an “approved list”. Please check with your employer if it is ok to come to our office for therapy. It is better if you come to our office with your claim number and the contact person's phone number. Many worker's comp. insurances do not want to pay the medical bill if it was not pre-authorized by them. We have a good experience dealing with those insurances to get authorization. Don't just go to any clinic for your work related injury but call us immediately so that we can tell you what to do.
Medicare: Medicare pays for chiropractic services but you have to pay your co-payment fee of about $8.00 not at the time of services but later after you received your EOB papers from Medicare. You are not to pay at the door. If you have secondary insurance like Medicaid or BCBS then your co-payment is also covered.
No Insurance or No Chiropractic Coverage but have financial hardship? We have an affordable discount cash plan. Call us to find out if you are eligible to get it.
